About Lont
The team making video programmable.
Lont turns the messages enterprises already send (renewals, onboarding, claims) into personalized video, generated from customer data and measured per viewer. This page is who we are, and why we're building it.
Twenty-five years in the medium.
Lont is a video company built by video people. Ruud van der Linden spent nine years as a video-technology freelancer, co-creating the first Dutch interactive movie in 2007 and building an IPTV platform that ran in hundreds of Dutch schools, before founding StreamOne in 2012: the online video platform behind major news publishers, acquired by 24i in 2019.
Ismael Garrido co-founded Qualabs in Montevideo in 2017 and led its engineering, building video infrastructure and distribution systems for broadcasters and OTT platforms, and for Mux, Dolby and Verimatrix, until the company's exit in 2022.
Between us: two companies built and sold, and 25 years spent on the plumbing that makes video work at scale. We have seen the medium from every side (production, players, infrastructure), and one gap kept reappearing.
The gap: video that behaves like software.
Enterprises send their most important messages (renewals, claims, onboarding) as text, because text is the only medium their systems can produce automatically. Video is the medium people actually watch and remember, but it stayed handmade: one file, one audience, one production at a time.
Lont closes that gap. It connects to the systems an enterprise already runs, applies rules the customer controls, and generates one personalized video per recipient, delivered on our own player and measured per viewer. Execution is deterministic, so the same data and rules always produce the same video, with AI applied selectively and always under the customer's review. That is what we mean by programmable video.

Lont is the third video company between them, and the first they've built together.
What does Lont do?
Lont is programmable video for enterprise communication. It connects to the systems an enterprise already runs, applies rules the customer controls, and generates one personalized video per recipient: for renewals, onboarding, claims, billing, or any other customer communication. Delivery and measurement are built in, per viewer and per segment.
Where is Lont based?
Lont is the trade name of Infuse Video Inc., a US company registered in Delaware and founded in 2023. The company runs remotely, with team members across time zones in Europe and the Americas. Its first production customers are European and US-based enterprises.
Is Lont proven in production?
Yes. In randomized controlled trials at Allianz, personalized renewal video cut churn 10.9% across 45,685 customers, and onboarding video lifted NPS from 13 to 36. Separately, CAREANIMATIONS generates 16,000 personalized medication explainers a month in 30+ languages on Lont.
